These tips are good to stay healthy in one way, but another is not to go to thin, If you have lots of excersise make sure you eat a proper meal after, not just a peice of fruit, or something like that. Make sure its balanced foods, like fish, to keep the four main food groups even. I know this because i used to work all day at my riding school and then i come home and don't eat anything! But i do eat now, as i was beggining to see my ribs Thats really bad. Its really unhealthy, make sure you don't eat to much, but make sure you eat enough!
