Some people consider cheese and meat being "fat" foods. Well cheese and meat are not fat foods, they are just protein. Yes, you may hear some people say "This steak has fat in it". They don't mean bad fat, they mean just excess meat. But still, you should NEVER ever EVER eat the fat on the meat, because that fat is especially unhealthy. Here is a list of REAL fat foods:
-Cheese/hamburgers: They might be made of meat, but it's greasy meat, and the grease contains fat. -A few hours old cheese: Do you notice how if you leave a piece of cheese out for about 3-4 hours it gets greasy? That grease is excess fat from the gases in the air. It's not very unhealthy, but it still isn't the best thing to eat. Throw it away if you leave it out for more than 4 hours. -French Fries: French fries are exactly like cheeseburgers. They're made from potatoes, but they are greasy potatoes.
**Note: It is okay to eat these foods sometimes, but not like everyday. You can eat these foods, but make sure you have a lot of healthy foods and excercising in between.**
