Here is some tips and food you can eat that is healthy that you should eat because not only will you be fitter and healthier you won't get sick so often. Fruits and Vegetables!! - They provide lots of nutireints that make you heatlhier. Whole Grains - The most important! Eat alot of whole grains such as bread, ect. Dairy - The dairy is very important too! Drink lots of milk, eat cheese and icecream-yes icecream! Yummy... Proteins - Proteins are meat, ect. They are very important, eat meat, chicken, sea food. Especially fish! Fats - Uh.. hm... You shouldn't eat fats because it will make you unhealthy. Eat candy once 2 weeks or more because too much sugar gets you sick.
